Disney Copycat Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwiches These are sold at Poohโs corner bakery
Ingredients
6 graham cracker sheets, divided in half 3 cups milk chocolate chips 2 teaspoons shortening 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with a baking mat or or parchment paper. Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of shortening in a small bowl. Stirring at every 30-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Dip each graham cracker half into the chocolate, gently tapping it to shake off the excess chocolate. The graham cracker should be totally covered.
Place the chocolate covered graham cracker on the cookie sheet. Once all are dipped place in the fridge or freezer set up the chocolate. Start the peanut butter filling by mixing the peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. It does get thick so I often find it easy to mix with my hands. Roll into 12 equal peanut butter dough balls and chill for about 15 minutes in the freezer. Take out the cold chocolate covered graham crackers and peanut butter dough balls. Flatten the peanut butter balls to fit and cover the graham cracker. Gently spread it out to the edges so it's fully covering the tops. Use the other 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of shortening and melt. Stirring until smooth. Spoon the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread around making sure to cover the top and sides. Set them back in the fridge or freezer to set up (about 15 - 20 minutes). Drizzle left over chocolate over the top.

Easy Cobbler
INGREDIENTS :
โ 2 (12-oz) bags of frozen mixed berries โ 1 box of white cake mix (no pudding) โ 1 can of diet 7-up or sierra mist (must be clear soda)
PREPARATION :
1. In a 9ร13 baking dish, place frozen fruit then add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. And please make sure not to stir the cake mix and the pop, as this will give you a โcrustโ. Stirring the two will give you a cake like topping. 2. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. 3. You can use mixed berries or frozen peaches instead, as desired . Serves 16

Mountain Dew Apple Dumplings
Ingredients 2 cans crescent rolls 2 Granny Smith apples 1 stick butter ยฝ teaspoon cinnamon 1 โ
cup sugar or sugar substitute 1 (12-oz) Mountain Dew
Directions Preheat oven to 350 ยฐF. Peel and core apples. Cut each apple into 8 wedges. Roll each wedge in a crescent roll. Place rolls in a 9 x 13 baking dish. In small saucepan melt butter. Once melted add sugar (or substitute) and cinnamon. Mix well. Spoon over crescent rolls. Pour soda over rolls. Bake for 45 minutes.

Marble Chess Cake
Ingredients FOR THE CRUST: 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick) melted 1 large egg FOR THE FILLING: 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese softened to room temp. 2 large eggs 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick) melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. For the crust: In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter and egg. Beat together using an electric or stand mixer on low for 2 minutes. You'll notice the batter will start to pull away from the sides of the bowl. Spread the batter into the bottom of your baking dish. It's best just to get in there with your hands to get it all evenly spread out. For the filling: Using the same mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and beat on low until smooth. Add the eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add in the powdered sugar and mix everything together until smooth and well incorporated. Place 1 cup chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl or dish. Microwave chips on high for about 1 minute (maybe longer depending on your microwave). Stir chips to make sure they all melted. Measure out 1 cup of the cream cheese filling.Combine cream cheese filling with melted chocolate. Whisk together until well blended and all one color. Pour filling on top of crust and spread out evenly. Using a spoon, dollop chocolate filling on top of cream cheese filling. Using a butter knife, swirl the knife around so the top of the batter has a marbled effect. Bake for about 45 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Cool for at least 30 minutes. Then cut into squares and serve.

Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup fresh milk 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1 fresh egg
Instructions Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and salt). Add the butter, milk and egg. Mix well until smooth and no more lumps. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, gently put 1 full laddle of the mixture and cook until small bubbles appear. Flip on the other side and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining mixture. Serve with topped butter, fresh strawberry and maple syrup.

Pig Lickin' Cake
Ingredients
Cake:
1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, juice reserved 4 large eggs ยผ cup vegetable oil
Frosting:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cake:
Mix together cake mix, oranges with juice, eggs, and oil. Pour batter into 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. I usually stick mine in freezer about 10 minutes.
Frosting:
Mix together whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and instant pudding mix. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate until ready to eat. ENJOY!

Green Tomato Pie
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups sugar 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch salt 3 cups thinly sliced green tomatoes (4 to 5 medium) 1 tablespoon cider vinegar Dough for double-crust pie 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐ. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add tomatoes and vinegar; toss to coat. On a lightly floured surface, roll one half of dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate. Add filling; dot with butter. 2. Roll remaining dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; cut into 1-in.-wide strips. Arrange over filling in a lattice pattern. Trim and seal strips to edge of bottom crust; flute edge. 3. Bake until tomatoes are tender, about 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.

Best Ever Sweet Tater Pie
Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust (10 inches) 1 large egg white, beaten 1-1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1-1/4 cups fat-free milk 3 large eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐ. Brush crust with egg white. Bake 6-8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Reduce heat to 350ยฐ. 2. In a large bowl, beat the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into crust. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 70-80 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
