FIESTA PARTY DIP
Ingredients 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix **For extra kick, use Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Ranch Seasoning Mix.** 16 ounces sour cream 10 ounces can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid) 11 ounce can of Mexicorn (drain excess liquid) 3/4 to 1 cup finely shredded Mexican four cheese blend (you can use just cheddar)
Directions Pour all of the ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well (be sure to drain excess liquid from the corn and Rotel). Cover and chill in fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, pita chips or Frito Scoops.

Million Dollar Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup slivered almonds One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup freshly grated sharp Cheddar 1 cup freshly grated Swiss 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles 8 slices regular-cut bacon, fried crisp and chopped fine 4 green onions, sliced, green and white parts 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne Buttery crackers, for serving Corn chips, for serving
Directions: Place the almonds in a dry, small skillet over medium-low heat. Toast them until golden brown and toasted, shaking the pan, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the pan, set aside and cool to room temperature. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add the three types of cheeses and stir again until well combined. Add the bacon, toasted almond slivers, 3/4 of the sliced green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne. Stir together with a rubber spatula until evenly combined. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours. Garnish with the remaining green onions and serve with crackers and corn chips.

Texas Trash Dip
Ingredients:
32 oz refried beans 8 oz cream cheese *softened 1 cup sour cream 3 tbsp taco seasoning *or 1 packet 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, use an electric handheld mixer to combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Spread mixture evenly on bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle both cheeses on top of bean mixture and place pan in oven for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP DIP
Ingredients
1 block softened cream cheese 1 cup whipped cream ยผ cup sugar 4 drops drops of peppermint oil (or 1/2 tsp peppermint extract) Green food coloring ( as many drops to get to your desired color) โ
cup crushed Oreo cookies โ
cup chopped Andes mints or chocolate mint candies
Directions: 1. Blend together cream cheese, whipped cream, sugar, and peppermint oil. Mint Chocolate Chip Dip - white dip mixed with hand mixer in a glass bowl 2. Stir in food coloring and then fold in Oreo cookies and Andes mints and then transfer to a serving bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then serve with graham crackers or shortbread cookies.

Christmas cake Dip
Ingredients
1 box Christmas tree cakes 1 8oz Cream cheese, softened. 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed 1 tsp Vanilla Sprinkles
Directions
Beat together cakes, vanilla and cream cheese until mixed well. Fold in cool whip and your sprinkles to your taste. Serve with Graham crackers, shortbread cookies, vanilla wafers, etc.

Cheesy Pizza Bombs
Ingredients
8 count can biscuits cut in half (16 pieces) 1/2 8 oz ball fresh mozzarella sliced into about 1" pieces 16 slices pepperoni cut into quarters 4 Tbs butter melted 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp parsley 1 1/2 Tbs parmesan Marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Cut your biscuits into half and roll into balls. Press out into a flat round circle. Layer 4 pepperoni quarters the one slice of mozzarella. Roll bring sides up and press to seal. Place onto prepared baking sheet. In small bowl whisk together butter, oregano, parsley and parmesan. Brush on top of each of your biscuits. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with marinara sauce.

Game Day Smokies
Ingredients 2 packages miniature smoked sausage links 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
Directions
Place sausages in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Combine the brown sugar, ketchup and horseradish; pour over sausages. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Dill Pickle Dip 1 package of cream cheese 8 ounce, softened to room temperature 1- 1 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion 2- 4 tablespoons pickle juice use less for thicker dip or more for thinner dip 1 teaspoon dried dill weed 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions Use a wooden spoon to press into the cream cheese then stir until loosened up and smooth. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients until evenly distributed. Transfer to a serving dish and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This dip is good for up to a week when stored tightly covered in the refrigerator. It may become thinner as the week draws to an end.
