Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
1 32- oz. bag of hash browns, defrosted 14 oz. kielbasa, thawed and cut into small pieces 1 small onion, diced 1/3 cup of butter , melted 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (monterey jack and cheddar) 10.5 oz can cream of chicken 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
Combine hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese in a greased crock pot. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken, butter and milk. Pour over hashbrown mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cook on high for 3 hours.

Crock-Pot Hamburger Soup
Ingredients: 1 ยฝ pounds Ground Beef 1 Whole Onion (diced) 4 Whole Carrots (peeled and sliced) 4 stalks Celery (sliced) 10 ยพ ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes/with Green Chiles 6 ounces Tomato Paste 2 tablespoons Beef Base 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano 1 tablespoon Salt 2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder 3 cloves Garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 2 cups Water 8 ounces Pasta
Instructions In a large skillet on the stove-top, cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink. Keeping the crumbles on the large size. 1 ยฝ Pounds Extra Lean Ground Beef Drain off excess cooking fat and add the cooked ground beef to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients except the pasta to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. 30 to 40 minutes before the end of the cooking time add the pasta to the slow cooker and stir to make make sure all the pasta is submerged in the liquid. Recover slow cooker and continue to cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Ladle hot soup into bowls and enjoy! Notes Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top for additional flavor.

Crock-Pot Easy Chicken And Gravy
Ingredients
1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 2 Cups Water 10.75 Ounces Canned Cream Of Chicken Soup 2 Packets Chicken Gravy Mix
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 4 quart or larger slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the water, cream of chicken soup and gravy packets and pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Shred chicken meat with two forks right in the slow cooker. Serve shredded chicken and gravy as is or spoon over cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti
1 box of Velveeta cheese 8 ounces cream cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can original Rotel, undrained 1 pound pot size spaghetti 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to the package directions. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet. Cook chicken until it is completely cooked. Shred chicken and set aside. Add the cream soups, Rotel, and cheese to a pot and heat until the cheese is melted. Mix the drained pasta and chicken to cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
***If you need to you can use cream of chicken or cream of celery as substitute for one of the other soups.

Ultimate Crock Pot Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients
2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of mushroom or celery soup 1 (10-ounce) can Ro*Tel Tomatoes 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed 1 (16-ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spray the crock of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add the undiluted soup, undrained tomates, cream cheese, Velveeta, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix well. Add the chicken breasts and cover with the lid. Cook on low for about 4 hours or until the chicken is just cooked through. Cooking much longer than 4 hours may result in tough chicken and scorched sauce, so be cautious. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the slow cooker using tongs and allow it to cool slightly. Stir the sauce remaining in the slow cooker well. Once the chicken is cooled enough to handle, shred it and and return it to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce. Cover. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well and add the pasta to the slow cooker. Mix well. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and replace the lid. Allow the cheese to melt then serve.

Dump-and-Bake Kentucky Hot Brown Casserole
Ingredients
1 16 ounce package uncooked rotini pasta 1 22 ounce jar Alfredo sauce (about 2 ยฝ cups) 3 cups low sodium chicken broth 2 cups diced roasted turkey or can substitute with cooked chicken 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes, NOT drained 1 cup cooked diced bacon 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese ยผ cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional: fresh chopped herbs such as basil, oregano, and parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F (220C). In a large 13 x 9-inch baking dish, stir together uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, turkey, garlic, tomatoes, and bacon. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover; stir. At this point you should check the pasta to make sure that it is al dente (firm but just about finished cooking). If itโs still too hard, cover the dish and return to the oven until pasta is al dente. Then move on to the next step. Once pasta is al dente, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender). Garnish with fresh chopped herbs, if desired.

Slow Cooker Taco Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef 1/2 small onion, diced (or onion powder, 1 tsp) 1 tsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp cumin, OR leave out the chili powder and cumin, and used 1 Tbsp of taco seasoning 4 oz cream cheese, room temp and cut into little chunks 14 oz canned diced tomatoes, undrained 1 small can green chilies 2 c beef broth 8 oz uncooked pasta, smaller type pasta Gamishes avocado, shredded cheddar, black olives, sour cream
Instructions
In a pan, brown the beef. While browning, add the onions, garlic, chili, cumin and salt and pepper. Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker bowl Add the beef broth, cream cheese, green chilies and canned tomatoes. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, high for 2 โ 3. In the last half hour of cooking, cook the pasta stovetop, drain, and then add to the stew. On serving, garnish with any of the listed ingredients you wish.

SLOW COOKER CHICKEN AND BISCUITS
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, (usually around 3 breasts) 1 can bacon cheddar soup, (regular condensed cheddar soup will be fine) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tube canned biscuits, (5 - 8 biscuits) 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup milk or water 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder as desired salt and pepper
Instructions
Place the chicken in the slow cooker bowl. Season with salt and pepper In a separate bowl, combine the two soups and the milk or water. Whisk to incorporate. It's ok if the soup is slightly lumpy, they will dissolve during cooking. Add the garlic and onion powder. Cook for approximately 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. When cooking time is up, remove the chicken and with two forks, shred the chicken. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker. Open the can of biscuits and rip them into small bits. Put them on top of the chicken and cover. Let cook for another 1/2 hour or until the biscuits are cooked through. Before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar onto the biscuits and cover to let the cheddar melt and get all nice and melty! Serve on rice or quinoa! Enjoy!
